This contract is suitable if you provide coaching to businesses, whether those businesses are run by individuals, partnerships or limited companies.
Some of the particularly valuable aspects of this contract are:
• because you are providing coaching to businesses rather than consumers you do not need to comply with consumer protection legislation or include a cooling off period. This contract therefore gives you a higher level of protection, while remaining balanced and fair.
• It describes what everyone’s obligations are in clear English suitable for business clients
• It emphasises to your clients the importance of their own accountability and responsibility for results. Although you expect great things from your coaching sessions, you are not a magician and they need to be willing to put in the hard work
